Processing Times & Production Lead Times

  • Ready-to-Ship Products: Orders for in-stock products are processed and dispatched within 1 to 5 business days.

  • Made-to-Order Rugs: Made-to-order rugs carry a production lead time of 5 to 15 weeks. This timeline reflects traditional human craftsmanship and variable loom schedules, ensuring every piece meets our quality standards.

  • Custom-Sized & Bespoke Orders: For custom sizes and bespoke commissions, exact lead times will be confirmed via email after order placement, prior to beginning production.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We offer Free Shipping on all orders over €300 worldwide. For orders under €300, shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on destination.

All packages are shipped via tracked courier services. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order dispatches from our facility.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

  • European Union: Orders delivered within the EU incur no additional customs fees or import taxes.

  • Non-EU Countries & Special Territories (including Switzerland, Åland Islands, UK, US, and Rest of World): Local import duties, customs taxes, or clearance fees levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. DILA MATHILDA has no control over these charges.
